Return & Refund Policy – Magnet & Glow

Because most of our items are personalised and made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or if the wrong photo/text was supplied.

We’ll always put things right if there’s a problem that’s on us.

We’ll remake/replace when:

  • The item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a printing/production error.
  • The parcel is lost in transit (after the carrier confirms loss).

What we need from you (within 7 days of delivery):

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging (if damaged).
  • For lost parcels: the delivery address used at checkout and any courier notes.

What isn’t covered:

  • Spelling, dates, or images supplied incorrectly by the customer.
  • Colour differences due to screen vs. print.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Order changes & cancellations:

We start work quickly. You can request a change/cancellation within 2 hours of ordering by emailing hello@magnetandglow .co.uk After that, we can’t guarantee changes.
