We handcraft and pack every order with care, ensuring your personalised gifts arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Processing Times

• Personalised items (magnets, candles, and custom gifts): 3–5 working days before dispatch.
• Larger or bulk orders: up to 7 working days during busy periods.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times (UK Only)

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or Evri.
• Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days once dispatched.
• Free UK Delivery on all orders over £25 (after discounts).

(We currently ship within the UK only.)

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@magnetandglow.co.uk with your order number and any photos or courier tracking info.
